The Role

PASTORAL SUPPORT OFFICER


As a Pastoral Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a supportive and inclusive school environment. Working closely with the pastoral team, you will help ensure that every student receives the necessary guidance to thriveacademically, socially, and emotionally. Your work will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of student welfare, attendance, and behaviour, contributing to an outstanding student experience.
